Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas, is seeking applications for an IT Help Desk person. The IT Help Desk serves as backup to Communication Systems Support Specialist position in the Northern region. The position serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk software and administration of software.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES


Administrative:
Distributes and tracks email and data security policy
Answers all Help Desk calls

Organizational:
Assists Communication Systems Support Specialist in any special projects related to phones, faxes,
copy machines, etc.
Makes all DBS user and Wynne user changes, additions and deletions

Technical:
Evaluates Help Desk software
Makes recommendation for purchase of software
Assists in installation of software
Administers Help Desk software

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education Required:  High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required:  Administrative/Clerical Skills & Customer Service Experience
